1. Order
You can also order by phone (+49(0)6451/23978) or fax (+49(0)6451/24562). Please state your full name and address of delivery. Minimum order value is 26.00 EUR.
2. Delivery
In general we handle orders immediately, delivery is 2 days after order is placed. Should an item be out of stock, we will inform you if or when it can be delivered.International delivery to European countries requires payment in advance. This avoids the cash on delivery fees to your advantage.
3. Payment
You can pay in advance or with paypal. The important bankdetails we tell you with the bill. All goods remain property of Butterblümchen until payment has been received in full.
4. booked advanced / partial delivery
If you book an article in advance you should select whether first pay for all articles and wait for a complete shipping, or whether you wish a partial delivery. Please indicate this in the order comment.
5. Fees
We do not charge for packaging. You only have to pay the postage costs. The prices depends on destination. You find an exact listing in our shipping zones. We send using the Deutsche Post AG service.
6. Returns
You can return any product within two weeks delivery, no questions asked. The return address is: Butterblümchen Shop, Schraeling 16, 35066 Frankenberg, Germany. We will refund your payment or deduct it from your next order on request.Returns must be sufficiently stamped. Unstamped return-packages are no longer accepted.
7. Legal notice
German law applies.
8. Privacy policy
Your details are only used to deal with the order and are not available to third parties. On request we will present your stored details to you, delete or block them.
